SHIPPING POLICY

Free tracked UK delivery
Every LAPWORK order ships free with tracking to addresses in the United Kingdom. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Delivery times
Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 working days of being placed.
Delivery can take a little longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the run-up to Christmas.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our order tracking page at /pages/track. If you haven't had a shipping email after 3 working days, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Where's my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up or replace it.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll update it as long as your order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll always help you try to recover them.

Failed deliveries
If a parcel comes back to us as undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item price.

Multiple items
Bundle orders are usually sent together in one parcel. Occasionally items ship separately, and you'll get a tracking number for each.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
