30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund, for any reason, including if your cat simply won't use the pouch.

How to return

1. Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply with your return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back in reasonable condition within 14 days of contacting us. Please keep your proof of postage.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the price you paid for the returned item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return part of a bundle, you'll be refunded the discounted price you paid for those items. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is paid by you.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage costs.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
